Hunan TV’s inspirational drama Living Toward the Sun about cartoonist Xiong Dun’s fight against cancer starring Vengo Gao and Jiang Xin is the only one to hit CSM59 ratings of 2% in the week. Spy drama Sniper may not have taken the lead on TV but it takes the lead as the top drama online.
Meanwhile, Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu’s Love Is Sweet which airs exclusively online takes the lead as the top web drama. Unsurprisingly, both stars rank in 2nd and 3rd place in the celebrity rankings. Other new premieres in the top 10 include school romance Meeting You and Raymond Lam’s anticipated return as Bao Seed in Line Walker: Bull Fight.
Zhu Yilong continues to lead the celebrity rankings while his drama Reunion: The Sound of the Providence Season 2 ranks in 3rd. Meeting You star Fiction Guo Junchen also makes the weekly rankings in 7th.
