The ongoing fan war between Dylan Wang Hedi and Esther Yu Shuxin’s supporters has turned into a legal battle. Recently, Wang Hedi’s studio announced that they’ve sued a number of antis. Netizens observed that the list included a few of Yu Shuxin’s fans, including known fan accounts. These individuals are accused of spreading defamatory remarks against Dylan Wang, harassing his family, and engaging in cyberbullying.

While their on-screen chemistry led to the rise of their CP name, “DiXin Gravity (棣欣引力),” tensions between their solo fans gradually grew. The two stars also stopped interacting in public when they had appeared very sweet with each other before. Apparently, the conflict between their fanbases can be traced back to 2022 when Dylan and Esther starred in Love Between Fairy and Devil. The actress was criticized for allegedly giving her then co-star the cold shoulder during a particular livestream and allegedly taking his spot in some events. Meanwhile, Esther Yu’s fans accused Dylan Wang of benefiting from their idol’s popularity without reciprocating.

The move to take legal action marks a new phase in this long-standing feud. His fans claim that it’s about time as the actor has endured for so long despite antis spreading rumors about his personal life and career, particularly during the promotion of his new drama, Guardians of the Dafeng. It’s not even the first time this has happened. In the past, Esther Yu’s side had reportedly also taken legal action against some Dylan Wang fans, turning them from one of the most loved CPs to one having intense fan wars in C-entertainment history.
