Hong Kong actor Louis Koo, who’s known to be single, addressed questions surrounding his personal life when he was asked about having a baby. Recently, the 54-year-old actor-film producer found himself going viral over a clip of him swiftly returning a crying toddler back to her mom. The child burst into tears while sitting on his lap as they were taking photos, and it prompted mixed reactions from those amused and others mocking how he handled the situation.
His reaction when asked about it, “What should I do if not return the baby who’s crying in my arms. It’s logical to give the baby back to the parent.” To his surprise, the question suddenly changed to when Louis Koo himself plans to have a baby. He responded, “I don’t know.” When the reporter pushed, “How about next year?,” Louis Koo could only laugh, “Ha, how can I have a baby alone? Do you think I’m an alien?” His lighthearted response suggests that he has no immediate plans to start a family and that he currently has no significant other. Nonetheless, he has been linked with various actresses in the past, including long-time friend Jessica Hsuan, though he clarified that they are just close friends. Many also ship his onscreen romance with Carman Lee.
