Dilraba Dilmurat just came up with a super sweet gesture to cheer on her Legend of Anle co-star Simon Gongjun as he works on his next project. The pretty actress sent over some snacks and milk tea to the set of Tales of Dark River, Gong Jun’s newest costume drama where he stars as the mysterious assassin Su Mu Yu. “Thank you to Mr. Gong Jun’s prettiest good friend <Reba little cutie> for treating the entire crew with some drinks and snacks!” wrote the crew in an adorable handwritten message they posted online. They also shared a snap of a long table full of milk tea and snacks.
Since working together on the costume historical The Legend of Anle, it appears Reba and Gong Jun have struck up a lasting friendship to this day. So although Reba isn’t working with him for Tales of Dark River, many are saying this is her way of doing him a solid and helping him to promote and hype up his new drama.
Oddly enough, it seems to have ignited a bit of tension between some of their fans. While it’s certainly a treat for those who ship Dilraba and Gong Jun’s couple pairing, it’s not the case for some solo fans who were not happy with the association. Gong Jun’s fans felt Diliraba was overstepping while the actress’s fans are also not the type to take things sitting down. Meanwhile, it’s not the first time Dilraba has sent a food truck to a co-star. Whatever the case, it’s pretty heartwarming to see her showing her support.
