Apart from that, Challenges at Midlife starring Lei Jiayin, Yuan Quan, Zhang Yixing and Jia Nailiang in the newest offering from Daylight Entertainment has hit the small screens to pull a CSM63 average of 0.692% on its first week. Two Conjectures About Marriage starring Yang Zishan and Peng Guanying is not far behind with numbers in the same range.
Tong Dawei and Bai Baihe’s romance drama Modern Marriage also makes its way to primetime television with a story about a full-time mother reentering the workplace. However, it is currently lagging behind in ratings with an average of 0.2% thus far.
Vacation Love 2 which holds its spot at number 2 is actually the top web drama as it’s sandwiched between the two TV dramas A Lifelong Journey and Challenges at Midlife which make up the top 3. Xu Kai and Wu Jinyan’s reunion in Royal Feast, which mixes an exquisite assortment of foods and romance, is ranked 4th online. Hello, the Sharpshooter starring Hu Yitian and Xing Fei also makes it to the list in 10th place.
