Leo Ku Announces Second Son as 57-Year-Old Wife Gives Birth

The 53-year-old Hong Kong singer-actor Leo Ku recently announced that they’re now a family of four as his 57-year-old wife, Lorraine Chan, had safely given birth to their second son. He revealed that the decision to have a second child stemmed from their eldest son Kuson’s wish for a sibling.

Their second child was born sometime in 2025. Leo Ku chose January 1, 2026, to make the official announcement. He posted a photo of the whole family stacking their hands together, captioning it, “Grateful that our wish has come true. Kuson and his little brother will love each other,” and pledged to “continue being a good husband and a good father.”

Their eldest son Kuson, born in March 2020 and five years old at the time, had repeatedly expressed his wish to have a younger brother or sister. As both Leo Ku and his wife have siblings themselves, they share the belief that “parents can only accompany a child for part of life, while siblings can support each other for the rest of their lives.”

Leo Ku married his wife and longtime manager Lorraine Chan in July 2014 in the United States. Lorraine was already 52 when she gave birth to their first son, Kuson. Born in 1968, she would’ve been 57 years old at the time of delivering their second child.
