In a recent post on social media, former COLLAR member Natalie So Ching lashed out about not wanting to be forced to hear a certain someone’s name and the incident that occurred in July 2022. “It’s so annoying!, I don’t want to be forced to hear this name all the time for the rest of my life. Why do so many people around me have to bring it up? Have you ever thought about how it feels to hear that? Hmm? Do you not remember what happened in July 2022? FYI this matter hasn’t been resolved yet.”

Although she didn’t name any names, people are guessing that she’s referring to the unfortunate accident during a Mirror concert in July 2022 that left her boyfriend Ah Mo (Li Kai-yin) paralysed. Ah Mo was working as a backup dancer for the Cantopop boyband when a giant screen fell on the stage and hitting him and another performer in the process. The incident resulted in severe spinal injuries for the dancer who continues to work hard towards his recovery.

More than two years after Ah Mo’s accident, a lot of things have changed. On May 10, 2023, So Ching left the popular Cantopop girl group Collar and focused instead on teaching dance and on a burgeoning Youtube career. Yet despite that, couple’s relationship remains strong. On her 29th birthday last month, Ah Mo shared a blurry photo of two of them as the background with the message “STCHB .. LYTTM&B”. “So Tsz-ching Happy Birthday .. Love you to the moon and back”.
