Almost five years after the cheating scandal that ruined her hosting career, Linda Chien who used to go by the stage name Butterfly Sister (Hu Die Jie Jie) as she started out on a children’s show, has quietly rebuilt her life. It can be remembered that Grace Chow identified the 41-year-old as the third-party in her relationship with Show Luo which then prompted her exit from showbiz. Since then, not only has she allegedly tied the knot quietly with a doctor, she is also a new mum.
In September last year, Linda shared a photo of herself cradling her newborn. “You are the most amazing gift” she wrote. Then in December she popped up a mini collage to share a glimpse at the little tike. More recently, she once again shared a pic of the little bub, simply captioning it “Never would have imagined”.
In 2020, Chinese influencer Grace Chow dropped the bomb when she accused her longtime boyfriend and now ex Show Luo of cheating on her all throughout the nine years they’ve been together. Amongst her accusations, she implied that Show cheated on her not just with his makeup artist and many other women, she also alluded that he cheated on her with a female artist from his company. Since there was only one, Netizens quickly put two and two together, connecting that it was Linda aka Butterfly she was talking about.
