Rumors of Michelle Chen and Chen Xiao’s divorce have been swirling since June, when reports surfaced that Chen Xiao single-handedly filed for divorce. As of late, speculation intensified with claims that their divorce agreement is in its final stages, with an official announcement expected by Lunar New Year 2025 and the reason for the delay in announcement allegedly due to the couple’s current endorsements not allowing it. Nonetheless, husband and wife have not been spotted together in public though Michelle Chen would often be spotted with their son, nicknamed Xiao Xing Xing, which translates to Little Star.
Recently, the 41-year-old actress was spotted alone at the airport, dressed casually in a T-shirt, shorts, a hat, sunglasses, and a mask. Her mother and son came to pick her up, but her 37-year-old husband was notably absent. Paparazzi captured footage of the moment, asking the actress why Chen Xiao wasn’t there.
Despite the persistent rumors, Michelle Chen has remained silent, neither confirming nor denying the divorce reports. On social media, she shared a cryptic post when helping promote a movie: “The world needs good people and some laughter.” In spite of the rumors, both stars remain busy with their respective careers. Michelle Chen has the new drama Sniper Butterfly while Chen Xiao has Legend of the Magnate and his recently announced return for season 2 of The Ingenious One.
