It was a mini Lost You Forever reunion Paris edition as co-stars Yang Zi and Zhang Wanyi were spotted joining the glittering fashion set who attended the Valentino show during Paris Fashion Week. Decked out in a black and white tweed set, the 31-year-old Valentino brand ambassador looked very demure and pretty whilst the actor opted for a much quirkier retro-inspired suit in the muted tones of the season.
Valentino’s PFW Show
All eyes were on Alessandro Michele‘s runway debut for Valentino this season as the celebrated designer makes his industry return as the newest creative director for the Italian luxury house. Of course, the event brought together many of the designer’s muses and celebrity friends who came out in full force to support him. The front row was extra dazzling as A-listers such as Harry Styles, Elton John, Florence Welch and Jared Leto turned up for the show. Meanwhile, Asian stars spotted in attendance not only include Yang Zi and Zhang Wanyi but also idol turned actress Yoona from South Korean idol group Girl’s Generation as well.

Vogue | Valentino Dinner Party
Later, the pair were also at the Valentino after party hosted by Vogue. Zhang Wanyi in particular looked like he had a jolly lot of fun partying the night away. “Bye bye Paris, it was fun! I’ll be back next time!” he wrote whilst also sharing some snaps from the night. Yang Zi meanwhile smiled prettily for the cameras as she posed with Anna Wintour and Vogue China editorial director Rocco Liu. Actress Guan Xiaotong was also in attendance.
While the two rubbing elbows with other celebs, it’s the sight of Yang Zi and Zhang Wanyi, who played “cousins” Xiao Yao and Cang Xuan in Lost You Forever, that was certainly a treat for fans. Many loved that the two were clearly comfortable interacting with each other as they were also spotted in casual clothes outside the venue, reportedly having gone for hotpot. After Zhang Wanyi shared a photo of his “reunion” with Yang Zi on social media, she left a comment saying, “Happy gathering,” to which he responded, “Gather together more often.”
