Xu Yiyang just shared a series of photos on social media, one of which is a photo taken by the beach showing the silhouette of their family of three, holding hands and standing with their backs to the camera. It’s quite similar to the first time Huang Zitao and Xu Yiyang confirmed their romance in 2024 except this time, there’s a new family member. Her caption read, “The sunset stretches across the sea, and the people I love are all by my side.” The photo is seen as an announcement that they are indeed parents to a baby boy; and from the looks of it, he’s already a toddler.
Rumors about the couple having a child have circulated for years. In August 2024, a netizen claimed they spotted the pair at a maternity hospital in Los Angeles, USA. Huang responded at the time that they were there for a routine medical checkup. In the same year, Huang appeared to let something slip during a livestream when he said he wanted to “spend time with family, spend time with my wife, spend time with my chil..” before quickly correcting himself and saying “brothers” instead.
Huang Zitao and Xu Yiyang announced that they had registered their marriage in December 2024. In June 2025, paparazzi reportedly photographed Xu Yiyang’s mother and a nanny carrying an infant back to the couple’s residence. It was also rumored that their child attended their wedding last year. Meanwhile, fans have taken the spotlight over how they’d feel frustrated as their idol seems to have established a pattern of repeatedly denying rumors, only to admit them later on.
