Huang Zitao and Xu Yiyang Face Renewed Claims of Giving Birth to a Baby Boy in the U.S.

Rumors that celebrity couple Huang Zitao and Xu Yiyang traveled to the United States to welcome the birth of their child have trended once again. The two first confirmed their relationship in 2024. Pregnancy speculation sparked not long after as some claimed they spotted Xu Yiyang undergoing prenatal checkups in the U.S. Shrugging off the rumors, the two announced they had legally registered their marriage on December 2, 2024.

Amid rumors that Xu Yiyang gave birth to a baby boy, paparazzi subsequently photographed Xu Yiyang’s mother and a nanny carrying an infant into the underground garage of Huang Zitao’s residence. Back then, Xu Yiyang continued to participate in livestreams and variety shows with no obvious physical changes. The couple eventually issued a formal statement denying surrogacy allegations. However, the statement did not directly address whether they had already become parents or whether a child had been born in the United States.

Recently, the hashtag “#Xu Yiyang Gave Birth in the United States” surged back onto the trending charts. One netizen claimed: “Yes, she did. My younger sister ran into the couple while giving birth in the United States.” Another said: “The baby was born in the U.S. Look at my IP address, you can trust me.” Some joked that the matter had long been an “open secret” though these claims continue to remain purely speculative.

Separately, Huang Zitao was recently in the news after he was penalized by Beijing traffic police for illegal parking and for failing to register a vehicle modification. His studio has since issued a public apology regarding the incident.
