Chinese actress Raquel Xu Dongdong, known for her “sexy goddess” image, and Hong Kong actor Terence Yin, known for his villain roles in action flicks, are back in the spotlight after shutting down divorce rumors and confirming plans to hold their postponed wedding soon.
Although Xu Dongdong and Terence Yin completed their marriage registration in March 2026, rumors of relationship troubles continued to circulate, prompting the actor to respond through a post on Weibo, denying claims that they had separated. He wrote, “My feelings have never wavered from beginning to end.” He said they have now been back together for three years and their relationship has only grown stronger. The 51-year-old actor also revealed that their wedding ceremony, originally scheduled for February 2026 in Harbin, had been postponed because of a family crisis where Xu Dongdong’s uncle became ill and eventually passed.
The actor also touched upon how the couple can be seen frequently arguing in their viral “learning English” videos. However, contrary to speculation, those disagreements have helped strengthen their bond rather than weaken it. The two are hoping to reschedule the ceremony for November 2026 at the earliest.
Xu Dongdong and Terence Yin first met while filming together in 2017 and publicly confirmed their relationship a year later. Although the couple broke up in 2019, they reunited in 2023 and became engaged in 2024. Their wedding is expected to celebrate not only their marriage but also their nine-year journey together.
