Li Xiaoran recently took to social media to reveal she’s divorced. The 50-year-old actress said, “Divorced last year. Won’t interfere nor disturb each other. Wish each other well.” Rumors surfaced in July this year claiming that Li Xiaoran and producer Xu Jianing had divorced. The couple registered their marriage in Changchun, Jilin Province, in June 2014. They reportedly began living separately two years ago and finalized their divorce in Beijing by November 2025.
Earlier this year, Li Xiaoran who’s already an established actress, saw her fame reach new heights as one of the popular contestants on the hit reality show Sisters Who Make Waves 2026. As they hadn’t announced their divorce then, many found it incredibly sweet that husband Xu Jianing propelled to the number one spot on the actress’ fan leaderboard. The two first met in 1998 and were close friends for 16 years before holding a castle wedding in Brussels, Belgium, in 2015.
Throughout their years of marriage, the couple have been known for being DINKs (Double Income, No Kids). In the past, Li Xiaoran had talked about her decision not to have kids saying she feels it’s a very great responsibility and she wasn’t emotionally mature yet to bear that responsibility.
