Former Miss Hong Kong Natalie Ng Dies in Her Sleep at 51 After Long Cancer Battle

Natalie Ng, a former Hong Kong actress and beauty queen, has passed away at the age of 51 on June 9, 2026. She had announced in August 2024 that her breast cancer, first diagnosed in 2022, had relapsed and eventually progressed to stage 4, with the cancer spreading to her liver, bones, and brain. Despite this, she maintained a positive and optimistic attitude, hoping to overcome the illness as she documented her journey online. Sadly, today news of her passing was announced on her social media, confirming that she has passed away. Her two daughters will continue to be cared for by their father, her former husband David Chan.

We share with deep sorrow that Nat has passed away peacefully in her sleep at the hospital this morning.

Natalie was admitted to the hospital on Sunday evening. In her final days, she was visited by family members and close friends. Her two daughters were able to say their goodbyes, and a priest administered the sacrament of anointing. We believe she left peacefully, surrounded by love and blessings, and has returned to the embrace of the Heavenly Father.

Throughout her cancer journey, she remained strong and courageous. Within her limited time, she accomplished many things she had never imagined and fulfilled several dreams. Her positive energy also inspired many others facing similar illnesses to confront life’s challenges with courage.

We are grateful to all friends and supporters who helped and cared for her. Due to her weakened condition, she was unable to respond to many messages, and some people may not have received a final notification. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. Her two daughters will continue to be cared for by their father.

We kindly ask for privacy and space for the family during this difficult time.

Nat Nat will always be remembered as our “good girl,” and we are proud of her.
