Chinese stars Xing Zhaolin and Hanna Lu Yangyang were recently spotted together at a hospital, reigniting speculation that the two are still romantically involved. The two were rumored to be dating since April 2024, when they were photographed traveling together in Thailand, sharing the same return flight, and reportedly going home together.
Reel-to-Real Couple?
Despite being photographed together, neither Xing Zhaolin nor Lu Yangyang has publicly confirmed or denied the romance. The two worked together in the web drama The Quirky and the Charming, which aired in March 2025. In the series, they played a couple; and it looks like their on-screen chemistry may have spilled into real life.
If true, this would mark Xing Zhaolin and Lu Yangyang’s longest-known romance. In the past, Lu Yangyang was rumored to be dating actor He Yu. The 31-year-old actress has been keeping busy with multiple drama projects. Xing Zhaolin, despite recently starring in The Quirky and the Charming, has faced ongoing comments about his slowing career. The 27-year-old actor first drew attention as Yuwen Yue’s guard in the hit drama Princess Agents before leading his own web dramas where he often played the CEO or the prince in The Eternal Love. However, some comment that he hasn’t secured new projects lately.
