Ever since airing in 2020, popular South Korean drama Hospital Playlist has continued to tease its fans with a potential third season. Now that its spin-off series Resident Playbook is about to hit screens in a few days time – April 12 to be exact, production once again tantalised fans of the Hospital Playlist universe with a nice little Easter egg in its newly launched “official” Yulje Hospital website on its social media pages: a wedding announcement between Yang Seok-Hyung and Chu Min-ha!
Fans were buzzin’ that the on-screen couple’s wedding announcement under Yulje Hospital Alumni News is a confirmation that a third season of Hospital Playlist is imminent. We’re way past April 1st, it can’t be an April Fool’s joke right?
Many fans took it as a sign that season 3 is in the works. Others are speculating that the couple might just make a guest appearance in the spin-off about to air, addressing the bit about their relationship.
