Qi Peixin, best known for his role as Jin Ling in the hit drama The Untamed (2019), finds himself at the center of another controversy. Paparazzo Youdian Yule dropped a clip showing the 27-year-old actor in an intimate setting with female producer Zhang Haoxin who’s also acted in small web dramas complete with alleged chat records. Those unfamiliar with the name may remember her past controversy as she once revealed she had relationships with six young actors which they shot down.
Zhang Haoxin has come forward with explosive allegations, including physical assault and cheating. She reveals their first meeting in 2020 when the two reportedly started a relationship when he approached her during a birthday celebration while she was intoxicated. The relationship soured in 2021 after Zhang Haoxin allegedly recorded footage outside Qi Peixin’s residence of him with his female manager, suspecting infidelity. She revealed details of an incident where Qi and his manager allegedly assaulted her outside a hotel. Adding to the narrative, Zhang disclosed that she suffers from depression and has thoughts of suicide.
This isn’t Qi Peixin’s first brush with controversy. In 2019, he faced accusations of infidelity and emotional abuse towards his ex girlfriend, including claims of abandonment during a pregnancy, which ended in abortion. Despite these allegations, Qi managed to maintain his career, securing multiple supporting roles in 2024.
While Qi has remained silent, Zhang’s claims have sparked heated discussion online, with netizens divided over the truthfulness of her statements.
