Omg, the Blossom couple, played by Meng Ziyi and Li Yunrui, are finally married! From the plot, it’s clear that the main couple were bound to have a wedding due to circumstances. Here I thought it would follow the “marriage before romance” trope, but it’s actually not. We’ve seen the main leads weather so many storms together. I have to say, Song Mo’s dad is easily one of the worst fathers in C-dramaland, and our heroine Dou Zhao hasn’t had much better luck with her immediate family either. Thankfully, both have good people in their lives who support them.
If you’ve been wondering when Dou Zhao and Song Mo would finally tie the knot—it’s Episode 20 (19 leads up to it)! And it’s so sweet you can’t help but smile throughout. Song Mo and Dou Zhao make such a cute couple. I love them! I have liked a lot of this director’s short dramas. I’m glad he’s getting to flex his talent in a normal length drama now.
