Taiwanese singer Jam Hsiao is set to hold a wedding banquet with his long-time manager and now-wife, Summer Lin, on October 13, 2024 at the Taipei Marriott Hotel. The celebration comes nearly a year after the couple registered their marriage in October 2023, following 16 years of working together. After keeping their romance low-key for over a decade, Jam Hsiao has been quite open about the wedding. He previously said he would donate all the gift money to charity and joked that he hoped relatives and friends would give more.
In a heartfelt social media post the night before the wedding, Jam Hsiao shared a little preview with photos of the bride and the groom in different attires. He wrote, “In just a few hours, I’ll be holding the wedding ceremony with Summer. This past year, we’ve been traveling for work, so we only started planning this week.” He humorously shared that his wife felt they were the “most chill bride and groom,” mentioning they continued their normal activities like eating and playing sports right up to the big day. Their theme for the banquet is simple: a joyful get-together with loved ones.
He wrote, “I hope that every relative, friend, and colleague who participate can be happy” without forgetting to add a disclaimer, “because we really have no experience, if there is anything that we don’t do well, please bear with us 😛.”
