Crystal Zhang Tian’ai, who rose to fame for her role in Go Princess, Go! and currently plays a badass female general in Fighting for Love recently set social media abuzz with a cryptic post where she simply declared, “Lunatic.”
The timing of this unexpected outburst coincides with a paparazzo who was asked how Zhanng Tian’ai was doing. He went on to say that the 35-year-old actress’s career is facing a downturn and her resources have dwindled after her fallout with ex-boyfriend Xu Kaicheng, which she made public after posting about it online. The paparazzo went on to claim that she’s offended someone which led to her agency and other platforms adopting an indifferent attitude towards her. He also touched upon her supposedly contrasting private persona, claiming she is not the gentle personality she shows onscreen. He also said she doesn’t seem to have a new boyfriend. Others take a jab about being afraid to be recorded.
The paparazzo’s comments drew traction, but it looks like the actress will not take things sitting down when she simply said, “lunatic.” Others commented the same in her support. Zhang Tian’ai is currently in the spotlight as her new historical romance drama Fighting for Love has started broadcast. She plays Amai, a female general who sheds her feminine identity to become a legendary warrior, seeking revenge against her childhood friend.
