Wishing the great Chow Yun-fat a speedy recovery! On-screen baddies won’t stop him but it seems Covid-19 did as the Hong Kong superstar tested positive yesterday July 4th. The 68-year-old was in the middle of some pretty intense promotional activities for his brand new flick One More Chance when Covid struck. In fact, Fat-Gor was busy cinema-hopping to personally meet fans and thank them for their continued support before the positive diagnosis forced him to take a break. “Originally, I promised to meet everyone in theatres this week but I haven’t been feeling well these past two days. Today, I was tested positive for Covid so I won’t be able to meet audiences for the time being” he reported yesterday.

But don’t you worry, it doesn’t look like Covid-19 will be slowing him down for long. Fat-Gor assured fans he’ll see them all once he’s back up on his feet. “As soon as I’ve recovered, I will meet you all again in the theatres! Wishing you all good health! Take care!”
