It’s the tail end of the Year of the Ox and Taiwanese model-actress Lin Chi-ling just announced the birth of her baby boy after two years of marriage. She and her 40-year-old husband, AKIRA Kurosawa Ryohei of the Japanese group EXILE, got married in November 2019 after knowing each other fo 8 years. Lin Chi-ling has stepped back from the spotlight since then to be based in Japan.
There have been previous reports that the couple have been trying for a baby. Rumors that they were expecting first broke on her 47th birthday two months ago due to her post captioned, “Thanks mom, thanks life. Thankful for every sincerity, thankful for every miracle… Thankful for all that is beautiful, arriving at the right time.” She then followed it up with another post that said, “Thanks for the future.”
On January 31 just a day before Chinese New Year, Lin Chi-ling writes, “Thank you for coming into our family.👨👩👦 Finally, finally, the little angel has been born into our family❤️ I hope to share my heartfelt joy with everyone I love at the beginning of this beautiful year~ Also thankful for everyone’s continued blessings and cheers.
