I tried Once We Get Married and i love it. The chemistry was good. I hope it will get the first position. I wonder how Lusi’s drama got high position? The story of the drama or bcuz of lusi’s popularity?
Still watching Jun jiuling, and im more curious about the 2nd male lead’s ending. His obsession is crazy but i somehow wish he’ll get healed lol.

Maybe because of Lusi’s popularity, as the script was quite the usual brainless type with all the usual tropes. Anyway, it’s supposed to be a comedy.

More dramas in favor of the chinese communist party/communist party of china have sprung up massively left and right over the past few years. I wouldn’t be surprised if they hired the same wumaos you can find on every foreign site to boost up the ratings that promote the party in a positive light

You are not even on the same topic as the original post and made some random political comment.
And what’s wrong with a patriotic drama? The past members of the communist party have suffered tremendously and there were countless heroic deeds. They defended their country from multiple foreign invaders and build it up from bankrupt to the 2nd wealthiest economy today in just 60 years. Why shouldn’t they celebrate and remember their heroes? 1.4 billion Chinese choose to remember and honour their dead in various ways. Don’t need any foreigners to like it. And it is none of your business. You can continue to watch your romance dramas.
By the way, patriotic dramas did not just “spring up”. They have always been produced since the beginning of their film industry decades ago.
Fun fact : The CPC started in 1921 with just 50 members. Now, 100 years later, its membership is around 100 million. And this, in spite of the poverty and “shoot on sight” orders from the KMT in the early years, and vilified by the west in later years. Neither is it easy to be admitted as a member. They have to pass tough exams. Failure rate is high. Go figure.
