Only on its first week, romance drama Forever and Ever which follows Allen Ren Jialun and Bai Lu’s characters from One and Only reincarnated in the modern day has dominated online rankings. Historical drama Jun Jiu Ling starring Peng Xiaoran and Jin Han which also recently premiered lands in 7th. Landy Li and Niu Junfeng’s modern drama GO Into Your Heart about the Chinese traditional game of “Go” rounds up the list in 10th.
The top 3 television dramas this week are My Bargain Queen, Dream of Chang’an and The Bond. All three are pulling in numbers in the same range with CSM63 weekly averages over 2%. Dream of Chang’an ended its run to be replaced by The Justice, a story set in 1930’s Shanghai that stars Steven Zhang Xincheng and Elvira Cai Wenjing. The Bond also ended its run to be replaced by GO Into Your Heart and Hello Procurator. Hello Procurator starring Sun Yi in her journey to becoming a successful prosecutor has a promising start with a weekly average above 2%. The rest of the television dramas have weekly averages above 1.5%.
