Catch dramaland’s latest buzz worthy pairing of none other than Yang Yang and Dilraba Dilmurat as they team up for the drama adaption of the novel You are My Glory 你是我的荣耀. Though hardly a surprise as Tencent already included the series on its pipeline last month, today’s news of their boot ceremony means things are finally moving along! So if you’ve long been waiting for a collab between these two, wait no further because it is ON!
For their newest project, Yang Yang and Dilraba Dilmurat will be working together to bring to life author Gu Man’s novel of the same name about a celebrity getting reacquainted with her old crush after a scandal erupts for one of her endorsements. Dilraba plays Qiao Jingjing, the celebrity e-game endorser whose crap gaming skills get her into trouble after it’s exposed. Hoping to make things right by entering herself into a gaming competition, she reconnects with Yang Yang’s character Yu Tu. Gu Man’s novels have sprung a number of drama adaptations such as Boss & Me, My Sunshine and finally Just One Smile is Very Alluring, which is also a story about two people falling in love through online gaming that starred none other than Yang Yang.
Okay so admittedly, we have still a while to wait yet before the series makes it on air. So in the meantime, feast your eyes on the gorgeous visuals the pair make. Also in the cast are Pan Yueming, Hu Ke, Ian Wang Yanlin, and Zheng He Hui Zi.

Can’t wait for this beautiful couple! I have read the novel and it’s fun. Not as fun as Love 020 but still fun. It actually reminded me a bit of Go Go Squid. Dilraba is gorgeous and fits Qiao Jing Jing. And we already know Yang Yang is a perfect gamer. Though in this one he’s an aerospace engineer and games as just a hobby.
I do want them to follow the novel closely but at the same time I want them to add some skinship to spice things up because their first kiss is literally in the last chapter. The novel does have many epilogues though..
