After waiting for a long time to see some of his previously unreleased projects on the small screens, the premiere of his well received drama Under the Power with actress Tan Songyun finally started the ball rolling as his equally unaired Republican series Autumn Cicada opposite actressYing Er, finally secured a premiere date next week!
Fans of the actor now have a new reason to be thankful to the drama gods because he has just been cast to appear in his first modern romance quirkily entitled Miss Crow with Mr. Lizard 乌鸦小姐与蜥蜴先生. Filming has started today. About a man who once could not feel joy and sorrow because of his artificial heart and how his life turns around when he meets a woman so full of passion and hope, Ren Jialun will be joined by actress Xing Fei who definitely has the romantic comedy genre down pat after appearing in a slew of successful dramas like Master Devil Do Not Kiss Me, last year’s hit drama Put Your Head on My Shoulder, not to mention Forget You Remember Love, which was a remake of the mega hit Taiwanese series The Prince Who Turns into a Frog.

I really oike ren jialun. So handsome. So this is his first modern drama? No wonder i havent seen him in modern dramas. But his appearance reminds me of another actor, but i forget whom. Aaahhh.. which actor looks like him??
