Amid increased scrutiny by South Korean tax authorities over one-person corporations used by celebrities, 36-year-old actress Park Shin-hye has been revealed to have previously operated a similar business structure.
According to a report by Chosunbiz released on Feb 27, Park Shin-hye ran a one-person corporation from 2015 to 2021. The company was reportedly registered at her home address. This type of setup has recently come under increased scrutiny in recent months after actor Cha Eun-woo found himself accused of tax evasion, using the structure to reduce tax liabilities.
In response to the reports, Park Shin-hye’s agency, Salt Entertainment, stated that the company became known to them in 2016, after which they immediately instructed that it be dissolved. They were unaware that Park Shin Hye was listed as director until March 2021 and emphasized that none of her entertainment fees were settled through the corporation, denying any wrongdoing. Meanwhile, an industry insider also claimed that payments had been processed through the company, presenting a differing account from the agency’s statement.

Mmmm why do Koreans love destroying lives! This is past no previously? There are no tax evasion so? do they like human sacrifice or something?

Crimes has no expiry date. Such a company structure is prima evidence of tax evasion.

This is a false statement and false deduction line.
For example many theater actors open one-person agencies and hire other people in their team on a contract basis. Having one person company is not evidence in tax evasion or any other wrongdoing. Only unpaid taxes could be evidence.
Your way of thinking is a prime example of flawed reasoning. You accused someone based on association.
The deduction you used is as follows:
1. Once, a person with a one-person company cheated.
2. She has a one-person agency.
3. Ergo, she cheats.
This is a textbook example of a false deduction. There is no causal relationship, and the basis for this deduction is entirely anecdotal, not evidence-based.
Without further proof that she evaded taxes, we cannot make any definitive claims. Your thinking is flawed, the article is full of assumptions and lacks detail and depth of analysis.

She doesn’t live a lavish lifestyle. I find it hard to believe she was trying to evade taxes. there is probably more to the story on why she had such agency made. there is always someone trying to ruin other lives. jealousy or nothing better to do.

One of the wealthiest guy in my state goes around in T-shirts and bermuda shorts, shuns publicity, drives his 10 year old car, has one wife, children attending public schools …. A humble lifestyle is not proof of a humble bank account.
Every time your idol gets papped for some wrongdoing, people like to speculate on a conspiracy theory against them.
