Lorene Jen (Ren Rongxuan), the younger sister of singer Selina Jen, recently took to social media to celebrate their grandmother’s 104th birthday. The 36-year-old actress shared family gathering photos with Papa Jen (Milton Jen) and Mama Jen, both familiar to the spotlight because of their two celebrity daughters. But seeing their grandma not just as a centenarian but at 104, many couldn’t believe it—she still looked energetic and much younger than her actual age! Lorene also revealed some of her grandmother’s longevity secrets.
According to Lorene, her grandmother maintains her health and vitality through three key habits: she enjoys going out and basking in the sunshine, staying happy without excessive worrying, and having a good appetite without being a picky eater. She humorously added that there might be more secrets to longevity, promising to ask for more insights next time.
One of the highlights of the celebration was a playful family game where everyone quizzed grandma by asking, “Who am I?” Lorene compared it to identifying Pokémon names. While some of the younger family members’ names required a moment of thought, grandma impressively remembered everyone.
