Hong Kong actor Vincent Wong, well-known for his successful TVB career, has signed with mainland China’s TH Entertainment in a strategic move to expand his career.
Born in 1983, Wong has built a solid acting career in Hong Kong, having won “Best Actor” for his roles in Legal Mavericks. He most recently stepped into the mainland Chinese market, with his latest TVB drama, Dark Side of the Moon where he played Tavia Yeung’s leading man. Back when he was still filming for the drama in Shenzhen in 2023, Vincent Wong who was with TVB for 17 years had announced that his contract already ended earlier in the year and that he has become a freelance actor working with TVB on a per project basis. The 41-year-old actor’s decision to join TH Entertainment opens doors to his career in China. Other artists from the same agency include Chen Feiyu and Annabel Yao.
