On June 29, 47-year-old Vanness Wu surprised fans by announcing his remarriage on social media. He shared a photo holding hands with his wife, whose identity has not been disclosed. He wrote, “Now being blessed with the most important person in my life.” The Taiwanese-American singer and actor previously married Singaporean heiress Arissa Cheo in 2013 and divorced at the end of 2018, ending their five-year marriage. His new marriage has since been met with warm congratulations from fans.
In his post, which he wrote in English and Chinese, Vanness Wu said, “Every good thing comes from above. 2026 has been filled with so many blessings. Being able to tour again with the boys, being able to do what I love on stage and perform for you all… and now being blessed with the most important person in my life. I’m truly so grateful to be able to share this love with all of you who have supported me throughout the years. May God bless each and every one of you with the same love and grace He has so generously shown me.”
The announcement comes as Vanness Wu is busy with the F✦FOREVER – The 1st World Tour, where he has reunited with fellow F4 members Vic Chou and Jerry Yan, along with Mayday vocalist Ashin. The group recently concluded the Philippine stop of their world tour. UPDATE: Vanness Wu’s wife has been revealed to be Japanese singer Emi Aramaki, which his agency has also confirmed.

35 years old. In Japan 29 is considered the cutoff age for transition to “old lady” status. The thing I notice with Japanese women is when they are older than 29, they look much older/age much faster than Chinese girls at the same age.
