Seven years after registering their marriage in 2019, Chinese supermodel Ming Xi and Hong Kong businessman Mario Ho finally celebrated their long-awaited wedding ceremony in a fairytale setting at Le Mont-Saint-Michel, France on June, 1, 2026. The couple shared photos from the event on social media under the title “Our Anniversary +1.”
As early as 2019, Mario Ho had already proposed to Ming Xi. The couple registered their marriage and welcomed their eldest son the same year. However, following the passing of Mario Ho’s father, tycoon Stanley Ho, in 2020, the family entered a traditional mourning period of three years. Ming Xi also gave birth to their second child, a daughter, in 2021. Ming Xi reportedly preferred a simpler ceremony due to her introverted personality, but Mario Ho had publicly declared on a variety show: “We must have a wedding, and it must be done well.” And it was grand indeed.

The couple held their wedding ceremony on Children’s Day, making the day even more meaningful role for them as parents. Held at the iconic French castle, Ming Xi stunned in a custom-made Dior wedding gown. The couple’s two children, six-year-old son Ronaldo and four-year-old daughter Romee, served as ring bearer and flower girl. Among the notable guests were Olympic champion Eileen Gu and singer Jackson Wang, who served as a groomsman.
