Chinese drama All Rise (即刻上场) is set to premiere on November 29, 2025, following a group of legal interns caught in a workplace battle. The plot summary highlights how the journey ultimately leads each intern to an offer that truly matters to their lives, no doubt a nod to the Tencent reality show An Exciting Offer (令人心动的offer), which shares a similar “law-firm survival game” concept and won viewers’ hearts with its realistic look at what newcomers face in the workplace.
With its focus on Gen-Z, the drama stars 25-year-old actor Hu Xianxu as Jiang Chen, an overseas returnee stepping into the corporate world with confidence and intelligence. From child actor to now suited up with glasses, Hu Xianxu’s transformation into a cool-headed, high-IQ lawyer has fans buzzing with excitement. The series also highlights a dynamic group of interns. Zhou Yiran’s Ren Jiatong channels disciplined ambition; He Landou’s Guo Xiaoyu delivers comic relief with her memorable line, “hope the world will no longer have Microsoft Office”; Jianaina’s Yan Fei fights to detach herself from her family’s expectations; while Huang Tingting’s Huang Yue brings a programming skill set into the legal field. Rounding up the cast is actor Li Le while Wang Qiang, Liu Haikuan, Ada Liu and Yuan Wenkang join as special stars.
Interestingly, Hu Xianxu previously appeared in season 7 of An Exciting Offer and now finds himself leading its scripted counterpart. The drama is directed by Deng Ke and written by Zhang Wei.
