To be fair, although the couple finally went public with their relationship, they still managed to keep his identity private a little bit longer what with his features obscured by his ski goggles and helmet.

Supposedly, the reason why Nancy has remained tight lipped about her partner’s identity was because he’s a prominent cosmetic surgeon from a wealthy family.
