TVB’s highly anticipated Hong Kong legal drama, which kicked off in November 2024 has officially wrapped months of filming. Charmaine Sheh may have starred in countless projects throughout her decades long career, but this marks her first-ever role as a judge. In the new promos, the 49-year-old actress strides into the courtroom in a sleek suit and glasses, her piercing gaze establishing an intense presence. It certainly looks like yet another strong female character for Charmaine, following the success of The Queen of News.
Directed by TVB veteran producer Chung Shu Kai, Themis 正義女神 explores youth crime and the complexities of the justice system. Charmaine Sheh plays Judge Yin Huizhi, while Patrick Tam portrays a prosecutor. Alice Chan takes on the role of a top-tier defense lawyer, and Chow Ka Lok plays a rising legal star.
