When the Stars Gossip has just dropped its new posters. This space-themed K-drama will premiere on January 4, 2025 on tvN and streaming platform TVING.
Starring Lee Min Ho and Gong Hyo Jin, the drama introduces viewers to Commander Eve, who works aboard a zero-gravity space station, and Gong Ryong, an uninvited guest with a mysterious secret mission. The supporting cast features Oh Jung Se, Han Ji Eun, Kim Joo Hun, and Lee El, rounding out an impressive ensemble.

What ensued was a lengthy post-production process and the result is breathtaking cinematography, with CGI so realistic it feels as though the actors are truly floating in the vastness of space. While the drama’s hefty budget seems to have made it “expensive” with the show literally taking two years before it secured a release date, this ambitious project sets a standard as one of the rare K-dramas set in space, turning even mundane tasks like commuting into something extraordinary. As the teaser notes, “Astronauts are just ordinary workers too—except they commute in spaceships instead of subways.”
