Since Divas Hit the Road Season 6 aired, actress Zhou Yutong seems to have gotten herself a bad rep from her behaviour on the show. From being called “selfish” to having low EQ, Netizens certainly didn’t mince words when they let her have it online. A couple of days ago, the actress already issued a short response to the gathering storm. Today, the actress issued a longer statement with an apology for her actions.
Zhou Yutong said she wanted to apologise to everyone who was angered or saddened by her behaviour on the show. “No matter what, as long as my own actions have caused any bad feelings, I want to sincerely say “sorry”. This definitely was not my intention, but I am willing to shoulder the responsibility”. Echoing her short statement a few days ago, the actress shared her mood has been very complicated recently and what’s definitely obvious to others is that she’s not as “good” as many people think she is, but that she’s definitely not as terrible as some people say. “I have been made aware of my limitations and in the process, I’ve also accepted my shortcomings”. Thanking everyone for their input and feedback, she promised to take in all the criticism with a more open mind.
Zhou Yutong’s behaviour on the show has been provoking the ire of Netizens. For example, she opened the bathroom door whilst the cameras were still filming knowing Jin Chen was taking a shower. Even little things such as opening a package Tian Jiarui left for her roommate without first asking others also drew flak. Eventually, things just added up and left many disappointed and even angry at her.

Goodness, the things mentioned above does need to be pointed out .. Bathroom door opening whilst anyone is bathing… that is careless.. I really hope it is unintentional as she said it was.

Nope, definitely intentional. She is an adult and in showbiz long enough to know that there are cameras everywhere and the gossip any action could cause. She is not a kindergartener who does not understand the implications of her actions.
As for opening someone’s else’s package, that is also intentional. Nobody opens a package by accident. Completely rude. Even an elementary school kid knows that.
It is already clear she is the type that snoops into people’s handphones.

Like really? “Willing to accept responsibility” … so much shade in that one 😒 you forced me to be apologetic about my mistakes, so fine, I’m willing to be the better person. How narcissistic a person can be. In every sentence, her ego is boiling underneath 🤦♀️ like seriously 😒 and she’s only giving this longer apology because her half a$$ shorter apology was like an F U to the audiences about how she gave very little thoughts and cares for how the public perceive her. She’s only did this because her management company forced her to 🙄🤦♀️ anyway, just my observation on her responses

For the diva show? No, not really. I think avenueX touched on this issue during her live stream, but basically, the show had tried to edit it quite a bit, but her narcissistic still come out lol. As in, they have the raw footages, and tried to edit it to make it nice but couldn’t done much lol. The scripted part is they have the itineraries, the accommodations. They kinda want to record the interactions between the cast mates, as that’s what the audiences want to see. So that part, it’s not scripted

At first, I didn’t believe the cnetz. Then, I watched the show for myself. Dang, I was disappointed. ZYT indeed did and said some rude things to Jin Chen in particular. I didn’t think more than that because JC was chill, but it was not a good look.
