Denis Kwok Ka-chun, known by his moniker 193 (which refers to his height), a member of the popular Hong Kong boy band ERROR, was recently involved in an incident. He had accidentally knocked down a pedestrian while reversing his Ferrari. The footage went viral, and many were quick to judge. The 34-year-old star explained his side. He said he immediately got out of the car to apologize to the elderly woman asking if she was injured and needed police or an ambulance. He only left after she said she was fine.
Reflecting on What Happened
More recently, 193 posted an IG story, using his dashcam footage as a background. He mentioned that he had worked late and had trouble sleeping, constantly reflecting on his actions: “It might be because it was the first time I ever hit a pedestrian while driving. I was very flustered and panicked at the time, not knowing how to handle the situation, but I fully understand that my driving was not right. I will definitely be extremely careful in the future, follow traffic rules, and pay attention to all road conditions.”

Denis Kwok Ka-chun (193) also expressed his fear when seeing reports claiming he left the scene without care: “What I fear most is seeing inaccurate reports online that claim I left without caring, such as videos that are cut at the beginning and end, which might upset those who care about me and even lead to arguments. So, as soon as I finished work last night, I backed up the dashcam footage to show everyone that as soon as I stopped the car, I rushed out to check on the elderly woman (or perhaps I should refer to her as ‘Auntie’), asking if she needed the police or to go to the hospital. Finally, I hope the Auntie is doing well. The incident has been handed over to my lawyer and the police, so I cannot respond further at this time. Thank you all for your concern.”
