Shu Qi is an actress who has been openly embracing her age. Whether she’s in photos with greying hair or all glammed up for the red carpet, there’s no denying that the 46-year-old actress is an icon. Shu Qi was recently in Sanya for a brand event where she wowed Netizens in a white dress that showed off her figure and a completely flat belly.

The actress later on took to social media to share her beauty tips saying that it’s actually easy to maintain one’s body shape. Her advice, “Don’t sit when you can stand, don’t lie down when you can sit and keep a joyful mood.” She also eats everything even desserts as long as it’s in moderation. For dinner, she suggests a bowl of whole grain porridge and if there’s a need to stay up late, to eat until you’re 70% full. However, she stressed the importance of working out saying, “Of course, however much you eat, you can just lose it. Find a way that suits your eating habits and exercise routine. In fact, it is very simple to lose weight healthily ⋯⋯Don’t be hungry 🧐🧐🧐.” Even if there’s nothing she doesn’t eat, she does, however, control her food intake and also says that fried and oily foods are a no. She added that 100cc of wine is fine but it’s still best not to drink alcohol.

Shu Qi has been personally replying to the comments left by Netizens. To one that said she should add “don’t have babies” to the list since it changes the body, Shu Qi responded, “Many of my friends who have had children have better body shapes than me.”
