At long last, the cast of The Emperor’s Love 倾城亦清欢 has been revealed. Last month, the series confirmed Wallace Chung and Crystal Yuan Bingyan will indeed be helming the production. It’s now time to unveil the rest of the cast who will be joining the roster.
There’s Jason Koo from the boy group XNINE, Zhang Yue from the girl group Youwo and Jeffrey Tung all of whom are singers turned actors. Bella Du Yuchen who you guys might remember from Ashes of Love as Kuang Lu has also been confirmed to appear in the series.
The Emperor’s Love is a costumed drama adapted from author Nian Hua Re Xiao’s novel Wang de Nuren Shei Gan Dong 王的女人谁敢动. It tells the story between the Emperor’s uncle dubbed the “god of war” and a talented female doctor who pretends to be crazy and foolish to protect herself.
