Since hearing that Jang Ki Yong and Lee Soo Hyuk were starring in a drama together, I’ve been following the news like crazy to know who the leading lady will be and now, after days of picturing different actresses with the two gorgeous men, we have an answer, it’s Jin Se Yeon.
Sure, there have been talks of her considering the role days ago but I did not dare get my hopes up. She kinda grew on me after Doctor Stranger so it’ll be nice to see her with one of my favorite oppas, Jang Ki Yong. The two, together with Lee Soo Hyuk, will headline Born Again, a story about three people whose destinies are tied up.
It’s a love triangle set in the 1980s between a detective, his lover, and a serial killer. The three eventually die but it seems like death will not let their connection end. 32 years later, they are reincarnated as a prosecutor, an osteoarchaeology instructor and a medical student, it’s clear that their lives are far apart but fate has its way of making sure that their paths will cross.
I wonder if they will end up like their past selves or rewrite their destiny? There are endless possibilities here. The storyline may not be unique since reincarnation seems to be a common theme in dramas nowadays but with two of my favorite celebs in it, I’m in!
