I’m convinced that A Little Reunion‘s rival is not any other drama but itself because the series keeps on topping its previous record with a 1.479% high this week! The family drama is certainly thriving well on both channels on TV, and it has also snatched the crown for the top drama online, dethroning The Untamed which has already aired its finale.
Considering that they’re on the 10 PM time slot that generally doesn’t do as well as primetime, Novoland: Eagle Flag and Prince of Tennis continue their battle with numbers going over or close to 1%. Love is Deep finishes its run without much noise. Meanwhile, Retourner Le Monde A Toi might be nearing its end but the drama continues to average at 1%. Mr. Fighting did not fare as well with ratings falling to 0.7% by the end of the week.
With the summer coming to an end and the absence of hot new dramas, competition seems to be less intense. The King’s Avatar retains its 3rd spot while Retourner Le Monde A Toi makes a leap from 10th spot to the 7th. What took me by surprise was the entry of the new web drama, Meet In Gourmet Food which took over the 10th spot. With the rise of A Little Reunion, its star, Hai Qing, enters the top 10 celebs. Meanwhile, The Untamed star Wang Yibo now tops the list with co-star Xiao Zhan not far behind in 3rd.
