Story of Yanxi Palace actress Qin Lan is headlining a new drama in We Are All Alone 怪你过分美丽 based on a novel by Wei Zai 未再. With the drama entering the final stages of production, it introduces a lineup of characters playing different roles in the entertainment industry. Qin Lan plays Mo Xiangwan, a capable manager and president of a talent agency.
Godfrey Gao plays leading man Mo Bei, a lawyer with whom Xiangwan has a relationship with. Nine Percent member Wang Ziyi will make his acting debut very fittingly in character as a budding idol while David Wang Yaoqing plays CEO Yu Jiang.
The supporting cast is also something to look forward to due to the addition of top actress Kara Hui who has received critical acclaim throughout her prolific career. She recently made a successful comeback with The Defected and makes a special appearance in We Are All Alone as top star. It also stars Zhang Yanyan, Guo Xiaoting, Xian Zi and Tian Yuan.
