You probably have to be a fan of both shows to appreciate the fact that the Tribes and Empires: Storm of Prophecy cast seem to have time travelled en masse to appear in the medical drama From Survivor to Healer. Among them, Shawn Dou Xiao and Shi Yunpeng who played the adult and young Muru Hanjiang in Tribes and Empires had a mini reunion as doctor and patient. Tribes and Empires is about as high fantasy as it gets that I almost couldn’t recognize the cast sans the hair and tribal face paint for some. Did any of the transformations surprise you?
