Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy recently chalked up a win in a lawsuit against Sichuan Platinum Clinic. It’s one thing to use another’s photos for commercial purposes, but another thing to uglify said photos on purpose and make up stories to elevate your own product. On March 31st, the Beijing district court published the verdict on their website where they have ruled in favor of the couple.
The whole mess started when the Sichuan Platinum Clinic used pictures of Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy to promote their plastic surgery services back in October 2015 around the time of the couple’s wedding. In one particular advertisement, the clinic had a doctored picture of the two together with a caption saying that if Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy didn’t have their procedures done, their wedding photo would’ve looked like…. They also indicated that Huang Xiaoming has a face lift every six months. The court ruled that the photos used were maliciously doctored and tarnished the reputation of both Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy in order to garner views.
Sichuan Platinum Clinic was ordered to publicly apologize to both Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy in a newspaper for 7 days and to pay damages amounting 80,000 yuan and another 5,000 yuan for mental anguish. They were also ordered to take down any and all materials that have defamed Huang Xiaoming and Angelababy.

Whether a person did get plastic surgery or not, the clinic still does not have the rights to use their photos without their consent. It's illegal as the clinic is using the picture to garner clients and make a profit out of it.

Yeah!! Both husband and wife got work done. Getting braces and losing baby fat doesn’t result in a drastic different look. I don’t care how much doctors ABB goes to “prove” she’s natural all it proves to me is money can buy a verdict and she’s insecure about her looks since she goes through the trouble for it. I am glad they won this lawsuit though since the people there was using their photos illegally.

Getting braces DOES change faces, try doing a research on that. If the excuse was losing weight alone, that would be ridiculous as hell. But other actresses use that excuse too (ALONE) and fans buy it…so what difference should it make for AB?
HXM is PS? Arguably, maybe he probably did, but only recently though, since he's aging now… But at least, he started out his career as a natural person. Lots of famous people today did not start out their career with natural looks!

People are different. One thing can change a person while it doesn't change another person. Braces can change the way a person look. Braces result in quite a lot of weight loss due to the fact that the person can only eat certain things to avoid food getting stuck in their braces/teeth. Whether they got PS or not, it doesn't matter. Don't neglect the fact that there are some people in this world that are lucky and are born with all the right features too. Weight loss can change a person's look as well. Look it up. Also, they're aging so their image will start to change too. They also have the money to get the right treatments that's why they still look so good and flawless.

I'm not familiar with C-Entertainment but whoa, the comments above left me so speechless. People can do whatever they want and the article is about the inappropriate marketing done by PS clinic that was done without consent. I see that as a bigger issue and the whole point of this article.
