Toasting The Brightest Star in the Sky Premiere and All Is Well Finale Ratings
The Brightest Star in the Sky has definitely had the brightest START. Starring Huang Zitao and Janice Wu Qian, the series premiered last night to a STELLAR (see what I did there?) 100 million views within the first 5 hours of its release. *applause for the team*

Hi everyone, welcome to a day in the life of an idol super star. If you like what you see, don’t forget to hit the LIKE and SUBSCRIBE button.” No doubt subscribers and regular viewers of vlog channels will be familiar with “A Day in the Life Of” type videos. Netizens have pointed out that the show feels like a follow me for a day vlog starring Huang Zitao whom we all know is currently a cpop idol (just hopefully not as crazy arrogant IRL).

Let’s hope that the drama continues to indeed be the “brightest star” in the drama universe, and that the 100 million views the show has garnered for its premiere episode will serve as a good omen for greater things to come.
Meanwhile, another star is setting as the last episode of All is Well aired last night. Not to worry though, it definitely ended with a bang as the show raked in all time highs of CSM55 2.272% and 2.032% in both Jiangsu and Zhejiang TV channels.

Our hats off to the All is Well cast and crew for claiming the top spot on TV and online ratings! Will definitely miss Ni Dahong‘s quirky poker face that launched a thousand memes to be sure.
