Rumors of Jin Han starring in Hello Prosecutor with Sun Yi ended up being a no go as she has already started filming with another leading man, but Jin Han’s new project more than makes up for it. No Secrets 没有秘密的你 is an upcoming remake based on I Can Hear Your Voice, a 2013 K-drama starring Lee Bo-young and Lee Jong-suk.
Both the Chinese and Korean titles are quite perceptive as it’s about a young man who can read other people’s thoughts and the romance that ensues with a meritless lawyer. Their paths cross due to a car accident and they reunite many years later. The fantasy romance is compounded with elements that belong to a courtroom drama which make it all the more interesting.
Most Chinese remakes haven’t exactly blown me away, but I can’t help but feel excited for this. Jin Han has gotten a lot of acting nods in his first leading role in Our Glamorous Time, and I think he’d be able to do justice to do the character. I could say the same for Qi Wei. Jin Han is 9 years younger than his leading lady which fits the noona romance in the story.
I don’t know what warranted a photoshoot of the two leads going about a normal day in Paris but they’re a visual treat to behold. Filming is expected to begin in March.

I can hear your voice was one of the first kdramas I watched and I really loved it. I hope that this chinese remake can be up to standards with the korean one. But I'm so glad that Jin Han got the main role even though Lee Jong Suk portraying the main character won't ever be forgotten in my heart. I just hope that this drama doesn't have to wait like years to be aired.
