Deng Lun just turned 26 on Oct 21st. What was supposed to be an innocent birthday greeting from Sandra Ma was misconstrued when Sandra Ma was attacked for being too flirty with Deng Lun.
Deng Lun and Sandra Ma are working on a new project together titled Action. Deng Lun’s last project with Yang Zi in Ashes of Love has earned many shippers of the couple pairing. In response to the hate, Sandra Ma boldly challenged the commenter to point out which part of her message was flirtatious.

As if wanting no part in the issue, Yang Zi‘s fan club posted this on the same day –
It stated that Yang Zi is concentrating on her work and has no time for anything else. It’s asking for people not to over analyze and impose their personal views on Yang Zi and to watch out for the actor’s work instead.
Let’s follow the advice and just concentrate on the actors works and not fight over their personal life. 🙂

I am a DLxYZ CP fan. I don't really follow any of celebrities that closely until HSALF. Honestly, once the drama gets popular, the OTP in the drama attend same event and huv magazine photoshoots, but there is none of that for DLxYZ. YZ has one public relationship and breakup news is announced while HSALF is airing. No way she would go public again anytime soon. DL is also supposed to be working with MSC for at least 2 more projects so it's all noise marketing fr MSC team. It's very common to have that kind of mediaplay for new dramas. Too bad DLxMSC cp is not getting popular right now. LOL I am juz gonna wait to see everyone eating their own words when DLxYZ get married in 1 to 2 yr.

I would love to see DLxYZ become a real couple…they’ve started off right…they’re very close friends and they know each other well. Hopefully, this will lead to a true relationship that may eventually move toward marriage! They need to keep their fans and the media out of their personal lives, as this can lead to major problems down the road!

Based upon my years of watching C drama and following closely C celebrities, I can say that there is nothing between YZ-DL at the moment beside bff (but of course maybe they will date in the future, who knows). DL and YZ are the minority among C celebrities who always went public with their love life….DL and his ex Gina were boldly walk around PDA-packed in the public, the same with YZ and her ex….DL is a hot stuff in C ent at the moment, he can't afford to have a relationship and have no time for it because he is filming drama after drama and some variety shows in between plus ads and public events…So CPF need to calm down and don't let their knickers in a knot…

There isn't anything wrong with liking an actor and actress together, but there's a big different between reel and real. Supporting a pair onscreen but respecting their private life is very important. I just don't want Deng Lun and Yang Zi friendship to be ruin because of these fans. They are so cute off-screen. Whether they are more then friends is something between them. Not a matter that fans should push upon them. I still want to see them together in another project and if these obsessive fans caused them to not work together again in the future, I would be very disappointed.

I am a huge YZDL shipper, but I don't go and leave rude comments on other celebs page. People just need to stay on their own ship and stop being pirates attacking other ships. Shipping is supposed to be fun, why people so serious, the entertainment world is supposed to provided people with fantasy and escape the real world. There maybe a handful of shippers that crossed the line, but majority of them are just shipping for dun. These crazy attacks are not only between shippers. Shippers do this all the time. It is pretty annoying but expected. I don't know if Sandra Ma gets overly annoyed at shippers in particularly or if she does use them as a media play opportunity. But I remember she doing something similar a few years back after Journey of Flower when there were like a million Wallace-ZLY shippers. People spreading rumors is not something one should condone, I understand that. They's that ignorant. People spreading false rumor due to being delusional is not right but it isn't new either. For the person receiving news of the rumor, they can choose to believe the rumors or not. No one is forcing the person so if they choose to believe such nonsense rumor(s) then that's their problem. The person that spread the rumor will receive their end for their wrongdoing. I've seen many fans do those "investigation" threads that some Lunzi fans have been doing and like said, you could choose to be blind and believe it or ignore it. False rumors will hurt the celebrities but it's nothing we can change. People will continue to choose to be ignorant and state their opinion(s).

13c: Look it up. She made a post about getting comments from Wallace-ZLY shippers and it let to a lot of drama back then. Her drama with Wallace aired right after JoF. JoF was huge and had gathered a lot of delusional Wallace-ZLY shippers.
13b: Shippers usually come from both. I always felt that only blaming fans of the actress is ridiculous. Many times, actress fanbase hate shipping as much as fans of the actor. From my experience, shippers are usually a combination of fans from both sides or new fans. In the end both fandoms hate shippers. They consider them not part of the fandom and a nuisance. And shippers do bash other male actors, the only difference is that actresses tend to get more hate overall while actors are more protected by their fans who are always excusing them so it is more palpable to see hate towards actresses when they cold be getting similar hateful comments. Sadly, I have seen my fair share of crazy ships and they are all the same. While shippers are delusional, I always feel that actors fandom blows it way more out of proportion and that some shippers just want attention and to cause conflict.
