Yang Zi went on a day trip to Korea to attend the 10th anniversary of Ryo, a Korean haircare brand which also happens to have Park Shin Hye and Park Seo Joon as their endorsers.
Now, I think this moment deserves a post of its own considering that my summer went like this. What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim was as cute as rom-coms go, and Ashes of Love is such a heart-wrenching romance. And who hasn’t seen a drama with Park Shin Hye? Most who follow the k-drama sphere would probably only recognize the two and not Yang Zi. It does seem random that she’s there though it’s not exactly a surprise given that China is a major consumer of Korean products.
The brand seems to be spot on when it comes to choosing the right person. Image-wise, both Park Shin Hye and Yang Zi are former child stars whose beauty and talent have propelled them to lead successful careers as adults. Now, how crazy would it be if these three starred in a drama together.

PSH is coming out with a drama at the end of this year too if you weren't aware yet.
But they are being in a drama is much more difficult now compared to before.

I'd love to see a Park Shin-Hye and Park Seo-Joon pairing in a drama <3

Yang Zi is totally one of my fav mainland actress now. I love her acting in AofLove, she can do emotional scenes well, her crying scenes are filled with sadness and angst. Totally gonna follow her future works now.

Yes Yang Zi is really good with emotional scenes.

Park Shin Hye, Park Seo Joon look good! I think because I usually see her period costumes I didn't realise how skinny Yang Zi is.

@ Sunny:
I think Yang Zi lost some weight in the newer dramas, but if you look at those dramas like "Oh to Joy #1 & #2" she looked chubbier in those dramas and those before.

Dramas, especially rom-coms, are surely Park Shinhye's niche and they propelled her to fame in Korea and Asia, but I understand she wants to appear less on the small screen as she wants to experiment more with her roles, as she has now the status as one of the top actresses of her generation. Yes, it's hard to see her nowadays but I respect her choice because I would like to see her mature as an actress and I enjoyed watching her tackling characters and genres.

Yang Zi is one of the more popular younger stars in China right now. Ashes of Love was amazing because of her and Deng Lun (and the rest of the cast too!). Her Battle of Changsha was good too. It's too bad Korea doesn't really know her, but it's ok because she's already very successful in China.
