Yes! I have found my new crack drama, and I’m happy to share that it’s kicking butt! After a strong premiere week, Heavy Sweetness Ash-like Frost climbs even higher to reach CSM52 ratings of 1.5%. It still has a ways to go before reaching 2.0%, but there’s hope! Partners is also seeing an improvement in numbers as it has begun wrestling Sweet Combat for second place.
Martial Universe is the new drama to join Meteor Garden and Legend of Fuyao on the 10pm slot. The show hasn’t done particular well in television ratings, but it has landed a solid fifth in the weekly web rankings. I know that Story of Yanxi Palace’s been garnering good reviews and good viewership since it premiered so maybe it’s all but expected to see the show soar past the few dramas hogging top three to finally land in first. Following their dramas, Yang Zi, Yang Yang and Qin Lan are the new additions to the celeb rankings.

HSALF has subs on official youtube channel. Last time I check, it was subbed until ep 12.
The subs are behind by about a week but it is getting subbed.

HSALF is on fire, definitely my crack drama for the summer. It will have more exposure with International viewers like 3L3W did once people know the drama is getting subbed. Since neither Dramafever nor Viki gets a license with HSALF, ther are no promos for I-Viewers. I am sure word of mouth will come through and this will be a summer hit again both in mainland and internationally.
Deng Lun needs more love, he's so charming as Xu Feng. Yang Zi and Deng Lun look so cute together especially during the recent episodes when XF follows JM to mortal realm for her trial to ascend to a goddess.
